Summer timetable 2025

Introducing the 2025 Summer Timetable, which brings more options for travellers heading to holiday destinations.

On the regular route between London and Poprad, the flight days and frequency of flights are being changed. The air carrier WizzAir will adjust the number of weekly flights from the current three to two rotations per week on the London-Luton – Poprad route. The new flight days are Tuesdays and Saturdays. Ryanair continues to operate twice weekly to London Stansted Airport without change. Flight days are Monday and Friday.

As part of summer relaxation, passengers from the Tatra Mountains can look forward to up to five flights a week to the popular Turkish Antalya, which will be provided by the airlines Corendon, Smartwings and Freebird. Bulgaria (Burgas) will be accessible twice a week, via air carrier Electra Airways. Flight days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Last year’s new addition , Tunisia (Monastir) will be served by Smartwings every Tuesday.

This year’s novelty of the summer season are charter flights to Hurghada in Egypt, which start already on 10 April. The flights are provided by the Egyptian carrier Nesma Airlines. Flights to this destination will be available every Thursday. “We are working intensively to further expand the flight options from the Tatras.” says the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer of Poprad-Tatry Airport Ing. Patrik Františka.

The offer of flights from Poprad-Tatry Airport reflects the interest of passengers from previous years, with Turkey and Bulgaria remaining the most popular destinations. Last year’s success with Tunisia suggests that flights will also sell out in the coming season.

The number of charter flights will increase by 15% in summer 2025. First minute deals are already on sale, offering passengers discounted prices and a wide choice of options. Poprad-Tatry Airport recommends not to wait and to book your holidays departing from the Tatras as soon as possible.
